had Kevin from Culligan out to talk about a Reverse osmosis water filter for the kitchen sink and ice maker in the fridge. There were two systems one with a tank and a bigger tankless unit that can make up to 600 gallons a day. We went with the tankless one. This was our Xmas present to us this year. Kevin came out a couple days later to do the install. He ran the water line through all the cabinets to the other side of the kitchen and hooked up to the existing line in the last cabinet next to the fridge for the ice cubes and cold water. . Then he went back to hooking up the lines under the sink, then installed the RO device also under the sink. About the size of a P.C. tower, fit nicely up against the wall inside the cabinet. He drilled the hole in the counter top for the faucet, for the dedicated drinking water and connected that. Then we were ready for some very clean tasting water. Some times our well water has a very slight musty smell , no more with the new filter. There is a little light array on the front of the faucet to monitor filter use so you don't have to crawl around under the sink. Kevin did a wonderful job,so if you are looking for a reliable source for clean water call Culligan.

I’m so glad there is a remedy for the hard water issues. Culligan has a good reputation and a long history in the industry of water treatment management. My experience with the franchise staff here in Prescott Valley was excellent. They answered all my questions regarding the different options available to treat the water, including financing options. They returned my phone calls and we’re very responsive. I also appreciated the military/veteran appreciation discount as this does help especially now with higher inflation. I did my own research comparing Culligan to another water treatment company that is available and recommended by Costco. The prices were pretty comparable between the two brands. I chose Culligan because this franchise is located here in Central Arizona, the staff was very responsive to my needs, the price was reasonable. Everything seemed to fit perfectly in the research, sales and installation of our water softener system. I highly recommend this system as it will reduce wear on your plumbing, and appliances. I noticed a big difference in the feeling of water and I’m sure I will have many years of good water quality with this company.

I needed to have my water softener replaced and I am so glad I went with Culligan! They replaced my old unit in less than two hours, cleaned everything up and took away the old unit.From the time I contacted them to completion of the job was less than one week.I would use them again!They have called me twice since installation just to make sure everything was perfect and to answer any questions I might have.A+++

Kevin Wood own the Culligan franchise for Prescott Valley and he is a true professional. We moved to PV six weeks ago and found out that the extreme hard water was calcifying our hot water heater. We needed a water softener and obtained multiple quotes. Culligan’s quote was $2000 less and the work that was done is immaculate. We ended up not only getting a water softening system, but also got a reverse-osmosis system under our sink for ultra pure drinking water. Both systems came in under where other quotes were. We’re EXTREMELY HAPPY, actually thrilled, with both the level of service we received and the systems we had installed.I highly recommend Culligan in Prescott Valley for anyone considering upgrading their water systems. 10 Stars!
